YAY since last sunday i have lost 3 pounds so I am now 182 WOOOOHOOOO go me I can wait to be smaller and everything. I am already getting more confident and just want to be happy so i excercise and eat whut i want but only when im hungry and intill im just pleasently ful and not stuffed. I am doing this once and for alll YAY me and congrats to anyone else who lost weightthis week.and good luck if u have or havent u will loose it eventurally if u keep tryin.

im gonna try and get all these dumb fast weight loss ideas outa my head and stop searching the net for wieghtloss ideas. all im gonna do is eat 3 healthy meals and do 20 mins exercise a day and by the end of the year i will weigh 60 pounds less im 245 now and i fink 60 pounds in like 5 and a half months is not possible im 245 now and im gonna be thin for nxt summer !!!

i have 21 days to see a difference in my body...if i eat 1200 calories and work my ass off exercising can i do this? and what i mean by this is see a differnce in my body, maybe even a pant size down or 2

hey i'm trying out all these ideas that you guys have..like the 6 day liquid fasting and then the 7 day diet! and i allready do 50 sit ups a night which is hard but i do them!! and i'm more motivated then ever!! so i'll keep you guys updated on my results i'm currently 147.5 so i'm trying to get down in the 120's so wish me luck and i wish everyone else luck and keep up what ur doing!!

hi!! is this too much? Today I had.... a boca burger with ketchup and fat free ranch with lettuce on it...I also had a cup of my premium hot chocolate which i make ( i put in 1 tbs of real hersheys cchocolate baking powder with 2 tbs of fat free/sugar free french vanilla coffee mix) and then a package of splenda and 1/4 cup fat free froz. yogurt on top..... and then I have had a contraption which contained 4 peices of fat free bologna (80 cal total), 1/4 cup fat free shredded cheese, 2 slices fat free cheese, topped with parmasan and fat free french onion dip and fat free ranch.. followed by another one of my hot chocolate personal mixers. :) lol... that has totalled 1000 calories so far so only 200 left for me today. Tell me what you think?

Ok... I tried that leg excersize you told me about but it worked on my outer thigh, not my inner... But it's been three days since I've been working out and I've lost three pounds believe it or not... No matter how much I wanted to eat something sweet I didn't... I'm rather proud of myself. I've been walking for 20 minutes a day, and doing 300 sit ups a day, and other differant excersizes to work out my legs. And it's actually working. And for a snack when I just have to have something I eat saltless crackers... Or for a sweet tooth I eat peanut butter... fat free... It honestly has nothing in it. And instead of eating three big meals a day, I eat four small ones. This is working for me... And if I can lose a pound a day... I'll be back down to 120 in a little over two months. And reading how other people are also struggling I think it may help a lot.

This message is to Ashley. If you would like to try this let me tell you... it isn't hard at all. You just have to tell yourself no... And I understand it's hard... I'm still straining. This is still the very beginning for myself. But try doing 90 crunches your first day. If you don't think you can, you don't have to do them all at once. Then the next day, try 300. I do 150 before I take my 20 minute walk, and 150 when I get home from my walk. Along w/ leg crunches. Instead of using your upper body. Try using your legs. Place your hands under your "bottom". I find it easier that way. And bring your legs towards you as much as you can. Do as many as you possibly can, and up it a little everyday. There are some other excersizes too that you can do w/ your legs. You can also use your imagination... if you feel a burn then it's working something out. And you can even search on yahoo or... Ive got a tip for peeps\ your body doesnt realixe its not hungry until 20 mins after you eat so after you eat something WAIT 20 MINUTES!!!!

Ate kinda bad today BREAKFEST : Cereal, Lamb steak thingy worked out for 20/30? LUNCH : Banana, Some gum, and DINNER : little weensy bit o' steak Worked out 20/30 minutes Im thinking that is ok since I worked out alot (on rollerblades) CURRENT WEIGHT : 130.0 HEIGHT : 5'3
