I'm just wondering if excerize is required to lose weight, or if it just speeds up the process. I have been eating healthy lately and I consume about 900 to 1100 calories a day. But, I get little excersize. So, I'm wondering if I might be losing any weight (my scale needs new batteries, lol) or if I need to excersize to lose the weight. And if I'm losing weight without excersizing, I'm just wondering how that is possible considering to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you take in. Help...

well no its not but if you dont wrokout you will have alot of extra skin hang off your body i was watchuing a weight lose thing on tv and this girl had lose a lot but there was so much skin hanging from her body it was alful

excersizing increases ur metabolism which makes ur body burn more calories *i think*
