im going to be lifeguarding today for 8 hours staright...i need something i can put in the fridge or keep in my backpack thats under 400 calories that i can eat in the middle that will fill me up....

you should drink a lot of water too since you are in the sun a lot and dehydration doesnt aid weight loss

when i lifeguarded i lost a tons of pounds by swimming during all of my breaks. i didnt watch what i ate really, but i would that i ate less overall cause i would forget to bring food with me. grilled chicken or peanut butter on bread is good to fill you up. but, i would suggest you focus on exercise since the pool is easily available to you. swimming gives your whole body a workout!
