Ok well you know those popular diets...I would like to do one like LA weightloss or like jenny craig(spelling?) But i dont want to have to buy it or join the "club" to find out what i have to do. If any one could tell me in detail what these diets consist of that would be super awesome!!!

This goes with my ppost below. I live in a neighborhood with alot of people i hate and i dont like running or walking outside at all, what are other excercizes? and i dont have $ for weight watchers!

Jasmine dont mind my sister she is just really dumb, but she is almost 13 and I am 14 I hate it when people fight!!! so... and riding your bike in the cold is not bad for you!

hey you guys i lost weight before but i gained some back almost half actually i gained 18 pounds over the summer which is really really bad i use to weigh 175 but went down to 116 and now 134 so i really need help to get back on track im just so disappointed i have gained that much back but here is what i plan to do i plan to run/jog every day and record how many miles i do i normally do a minimum of two because im now on the track team so the milleage will hopefully be increasing a lot also i do three sets of fifty crunches a night and then i do leg lifts and 5-10 pushups. weekends i normally go to the gym and swim twenty laps and then go lift weights but i have been slacking this week what im really asking for is some advice on dieting if yall have any tips i really would love to hear them

Hi! Is riding your bike around on a cold day helps you loose weight? I just went bike riding and it was cold? Will it still help me though? Oh thank you for everyone who was being so nice to me (when i was new to this place) I really appreciate it!

I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT! I say im gunna lose weight but then i get the attitude "its lot easyer to eat whatever then try to eat healthy" I am very stressed right now and kinda depressed and i hate school. I need help!!!!!! I HAVE NO SELF CONTROL i wanna feel good about myself for the 1st time in 7 years!!!!! Does anyone have a good plan or advice please help me! Im 17 yrs, 237lbs, 5'6"

im really upset right now. I have been eating 1200 calories a day and exercising since feb.1. at the end of february i dropped 9 pounds, from 149 to 140. I have been doing nothing different,and i got on the scale this morning and it said that i was 143 pounds! i dont understand, why was it so hard for me to get into the 130's??!! im lucky because when something bad happens like this, i don't overeat, i try even harder. I know that i only need to lose 4 pounds to get into the 130's, but at this rate, how long will it take? I can't stand to gain anymore weight! please reply, thanks!

I'm over weight. And I excersize every night now. Some nights I run a half a mile and others I lift some weights and do a half a mile on a stationary bike. About how long do you think it will take for me to loose enugh weight for people to start noticing it?

Hey everyone! I posted a message a few minutes ago, but I'm posting another one to sorta go in more detail. This summer, I am going with my family on vacation to the beach/ocean. It will probably be somewhere around mid to late June. I want to look good in a bathing suit without being self consious. My goal is to loose 20-25 lbs.I have decided to completly lay off the junk food, and soda. I am going to drink milk, WATER, and juices. I plan to eat fruits, and things like boiled eggs, and alot of salad. My P.E. class is fixing to start, so i will have one hour of physical fitness a day. Plus, when I get home I plan to jump on my trampoline 500 jumps, rollerblade, jump rope, etc. I love to play basketball and softball, so that will also be good exercise. I will also do stretches and pilates videos.Please help me with any suggestions because this is extremely important to me. I NEED your help and suggestions. Do you think I can make my goal of 20-25 lbs by June? Keep in mind that I am an active person. PLZ HELP ME!!!!!-Kitty_Kat

Hi, I'm Matt, 14 on Sunday 13th March, and, over the past few years since my parents divorce, and with intense bulling in school, I have piled on weight gradually. I currently weigh in at 15stone 3lbs.I have started to take action today, with the aid of my friends, "A Diet Diary" where I write my thoughts and food intake, oh and of course, a pocket sized book that shows ALL FOOd and calorie levels.I'm eating a calorie controled diet, where I vow not to eat over 600kcals a day, and today, after several apples and water, I have little to no hunger!Is this it? Am I losing weight?Hmmm... I wonder. Can't wait to weigh.But at 12am last night, had mad 200kcal binge on milk. Eeek. But, have around 100 calorie points left for today. Only a few more hours.I hate exercise. But I think I could get into it easy enough.Help me, pleaseThanksMatt  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

if you are on 1,200 calorie diet and you burn 400 of them is it bad if you dont eat them back or is it good.
