Hello. I've posted on here before, but I never got much of a response when I did awhile back, and on top of that, my diet ended up not working out at all. I'm not a very active person, I work 10:45pm to 6:45am so it makes me tired durring the day, thus I get nothing done. I'm 5'8 1/2'' and weigh just around 235, what can I do that doesn't really include excersizing that will help me lose weight? What can I eat? I drink alot of those "Propel water" things, like, constantly...and dropping soda isn't much of a problem since I don't like it anyways, but I don't eat much at all...maybe a bowl of cereal in the morning...if I do this and eat salad for lunch and a snack at night (since I work and am not sleeping then) will that really make all the difference? And if I eat salad, are croutons okay? And does my salt intake really matter all that much if I drink alot of water? Thanks :)

Hey, yah drink water. It doesent cost a lot of money. And you should watch your salt intake. It makes you retain water which could cause no weight loss. Also, you gota exercise if you want to loose weight. Try going for a walk at night for 30-60 minutes. And try lifting some weights. You can buy dumbells at a store for 20-30 dollars. For dieting, cereal is god in the morning, (skim milk). Then, lunch is good for a salad. For dinner, have something like boiled chicken or fish. Good luck!

instead of drinking those propel water's all the time drink normal water because the propels have calories and normal water dosnt also try and eat between 1200 - 1500 calories a day, which shouldnt be to hard if your broke:) and try to lift weights that will help build muscle which burns fat! I hope this helps

By the way, I don't have money for those diet programs, I'm broke, so no suggestions on those please, it's just upsetting knowing I can't :)
