hey everyone im suppose to be at a track meet right now but i have NO ENERGY what so ever is there any kind of food that will make me sleepy so i can sleep the whole night or just any kind of food to give me energy. also what about before a track meet because if you eat too heavy it will slow you down and you will most likely throw up but if you eat too lightly you will be hungy PLEASE HELP ill try anything once...or twice..

eating berries during the day and cuytting back on your caffiene will definately help with your sleep@!

try eating like a banana an hour or two before your race. Complex carbohydrates are good to have, but only if you can get them an hour or two before you race. If you need to eat something right before, stick to simple and more processed carbohydrates or sugars.
