oh my gosh I really cant go on a diet! I've tried so hard but I cant do I love food too much to give it up!! I'm really in love with food though lol I'll be sitting in call THINKING about FOOD that is bad and I'll I do is eat and eat and eat. I am 5'6 140 pounds I really want to weigh 115 Because im tried of being so fat! does any one have any tips for me on how to stay on a diet? or a good diet

Today I had: b-nutrigrain strawberry yogurt bites w/ skim milk l-lean pocket and pineapple d-lean pocket and skinny cow s-a cracker w/ cheese and turkey. I think I have 2 points left and I don't know what to do w/ them, I will probably have fruit later on. I know this was kinda pointless, but it has been my best day for a long time

Hey guys, I hope your days going well. Well, I have a question about maintaining your weight. I'm not there yet, but once we all reach our goals we gotta know how many calories we can eat to maintain our weight right? Well, I've been going on websites and seeing how many calories I should eat to maintain a weight of 116 lbs, and 5'2''. With exercising 4-5 times a week. I've gotten that I should eat 1200 calories to maintain my weight, all the way to 2,000. I have no idea how many I should eat in the long run and I'm confused. Any of you guys have any methods or anything? I'd appreciate it. Thankyou!

grr im am so not in the mood to work out today track practice was cancelled due to the cold which didnt bother me because i was gonna go to the gym and now my mom wont take me which is really getting to me because she keeps promising things and she doesnt follow through like sometimes she even doesnt come to my track competitions even though she has nothing else to do i know that sounds like im a spoiled bratt but i would like some support from my family you know? do yall have any advice

I lost 0.2 pounds this last week. Not much, but I am going to set a higher goal for myself this week, so that I can look at junk food and say that I would rather loose the weight. I have a band comp. next tues, so I can't go to WW, so i am going to set myself a 5 pound goal to be down by 2 weeks. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

Does anyone know if too much protien is bad for you, because for Breakfast i had kashi which is alot of protein, fat free milk, and fruit, in lunch i had chicken in a salad, and dinner i am having tuna with cottage cheese? is this to much protein..plus other foods like fruits and vegtables

hey this is an addition to my post from yesterday. i'm moving from China to CA, or los angeles to be closer. i am not totally chinese. my mother is chinese, but my father is american. anyway, do any of you know any meals that are easy to make and are around 400 calories? i have been able to find things like that, but i'm tired of eating similar things so often, and my mother doesn't approve of the "scandals" that are trying to make people pay them for no weight loss. so, i can't really join weight watchers, atkins, the zone, or e diets, or anything. help me please!!!!!!!! by the way if any of you are around thirteen, weigh around 160 pounds, and are around 5"2 e-mail me so we can support each other while we are trying to lose weight. my e-mail is californiarules1992@hotmail.com

i have jst started a detox diet i hope it works ive been on it a few days now and i feel better than ever it is possible if you try i already do ldz of sport but im now taking up even more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wish me luck

i really need some help with what to eat when i come home from school i had a great system going where i would make a sandwich the night before so when i came home from track practice i would eat that and be full up but now we are out of bread what should i do instead ...(a really filling snack because when i come home i havent eaten for four or five hours and i have worked out so im really really hungry then ...) please give some tips i really would appreciate them..thanks

Listen, i've decided to become a vegetarian. its really good for your health. plus, why kill animals just so u can have pleasure in food?? u can eat fruits and veggies without killing ANYTHING. why doesnt eating cows, pigs, chickens, and other meats not effect you? how would it effect u if someone killed and ate your dog or cat or bird?? how would that make you feel? i would feel absalutly terrible. animals have feelings too. i know u have heard that a lot but the scary thing about it is.... its true. i mean, their living breathing things just like us. only that they cant express their feelings to us. well, at least not in a manner that we can understand. what do most of you say when you hear about the chinese place a couple blocks away that serves dog and cat meat? what do u say? b4 i became a vegetarian i even said "thats cruel!" so y dont u feel that way about other animals. think about it. pleez pleez help stop the worldwide massacre of animals.
