hey im trying to lose weight but cnt find a good diet have you got ne i cud try?

I totally agree with helen bout it how it didn't come on over night- it took awhile just like it will take awhile loosing it- be patient and don't feel overwhelmed- when u eat put it on a smaller plate so u don't feel that u r eating smaller portions! good luck- hope that made sense

what i always say is everybody knows what foods are healthy, if you follow a diet you are restricting yourself to what you want, and so when you go to break your diet you will eat foods that you love (comfort food) which is junk food. So you have to ajust your whole life ITS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE!

its a lifestyle change!! not just a quick fix because it takes so long to put the weight on therefor its gonna take a while to lose it.. so just look at what your eating on a daily basis now and adjust it to make it form healthier patterns.. such as hm...i ate cocoa puffs for breakfast try special k you know just simple changes. oh and become active that always helps...
