I have a major weight problem. Im 5'4 and weight 290. I started gaining weight when i was 8 and didn't really much like to think about it. Kids at school would comment on how fat i was or how HUGE i was. I think most of my eating disorder came from when i was a child. When I was younger, my mom worked nights, so during the day she would be asleep. On weekends she would be out partying or gambling (which i totally dislike), so as you can tell i didn't really spend much time with her...(Click here to see rest of message).

I live in a bad neighborhood, and I'm afraid to go out to walk or run and I don't know where to go or what else I could do to exercise. I used to have a big dog and people who didn't know him were scared of him so I felt safer going outside to exercise, bu twe had to give him away when we moved here because the landlord didn't allow it. Please Help!!!

O man i really got to stick with my diet plan. I have been putting it off everyday and it messes with me a lot. Do any of you just say I will postpone the wieght loss plan for one meal. And it makes me mad since I have small man boobs and it makes me uncomfortable. Do the guys on this board struggle with that and if so if you have any tips in diet or fitness to help me with this please respond.

I have some pretty good advice that might help some of you. At school, I go up and down a lot of stairs. I have to 14 cases one day and 12 the other. It is really great for you calfs and you butt!

hey people,im going to the bahamas in a week for spring break. with that said i wanna loose as much as possible til then. if it comes down to it, im just gonna drink water to loose that extra weight so i can look good in my suit. i dont want to do that cuz i know its bad but what are my other choices??? please reply, thanks.brooke~

ok, so in prepareation for the summer, i think i should be concentraiting on my abs and upper arms, cuz those are my real problem areas (ok my thighs too, but i dont ever wear mini skirts). I have already bought some cute sleeveless shirts for summer, so i need to get moving!! Im better at working out than at dieting, cuz i just cant remember!! Its like, OREOS! YUM, and only after ive had a few do i remember, oh yeah, supposed to be eating healthily! help, how to i "remind" myself to what what i eat while im eating! Any ideas would be greatly appritiated (and spelling tips too)- !!

hi guys i have lost 6 pounds in the last 5 days how i did it was eating only one meal a day and nothing else and the weight has just been melting off and i dont feel hungry or fatigue it is great but you have to stick to it or you will gain it back fast.

hey guys, i was recently thinking about dieting alot lately and came up with a good idea. As we know, what we eat does have alot to do with being overweight, but also how much we eat. There is a controvercial surgical procedure that is becoming popluar, often reffered to as getting your "stomach stapled". In no way am i sugesting surgery, just the concept of the way it helps us. When people get this surgery they are only able to eat about 1 cup of food at each meal, plus like 1/2 cup snacks. I really think that this would work without going under the knife! Im gonna try it for a couple of weeks, plus im gonna eat very strictly and stay completely healthy. I will let yall know how it goes!

Hey everyone am 16 years old and i weigh about 160 - 165 and am 5'4 i really like to be about 120 - 130 before the summer time i just started my work-out (2weeks ago) i walk 1 mile (20mins) everymorning and then eat a apple i drink about 12 glasses of water i dont eat at school because our school area doesnt provide healthy food so after school around 4pm i eat juillen salad low cal. italien cheese and roast beef then i walk 3 miles (1hr) and play basketball or ride my bike with friends then i eat dinner around 7 or 8 pm chicken, salad, carrots, broccli that stuff then i go online before bed i do jumping jacks and situps i know this seems alot to me but i dont know how much i can do :) hopefully until i loose alot and then keep it up maybe cut out that 3 miles a day i dunno do you think i will loose my belly before August 1st :S if you guys want to chat add me angelz205@hotmail.com

Ive recently lost about 9 pounds it one monthh i look amazing except ive gained about five pounds because of vacation and other various reasons however i realize that if i just stick to itt and keep my mind onn i cann doo better and bee down to 131 within nooo timeee i got thirteen moree pounds too goo!!...wish me luckk im motivatedd!!
