ok i havent been on here for ages but listen u guys does anyone have any fun ways of excersizing and dieting i keep putting it off and i wana loose a bunch of weight b4 september i wana loose like 3 stone by september is that possible??????????  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

that is very very possible excersize is anything you like doing that gets your heart rate up do you like playing soccer (football if your in europe) rugby any sport dancing which is fun just walk to the shops and look around jogging is fun. what about swimming? do lots of laps in the pool or play games that are in pools well i hope this answers your question...
