ummm don't eat just chicken and meat and fatty stuff and eat like veggies and bread b/c carbs r the ones who store the fat!! just cut some cals and exersize more!! good luck

well if u want to lose 15 pounds by that time... put lots of protin in ur diet ex. chicken and any lean typr of meat and lots of salad...also don't drink or eat lots of junk food....try to eat b4 7pm and after that u can snack on carrots and fuites
