Hey everyone!!!! I am SO confused right now. Please help me get this straight. If you don't burn all the calories you eat do you gain weight???? If you burn all the calories in your body do you maintain weight? or what?

Tip #4 The key to dieting isnt really dieting! you really shouldnt diet, just go on and change some of the things that you eat! have a tuna sandwhich instead of a cheeseburger, and drink juice instead of soda, and also lower your portions, like have 1 cup of cereal instead of 2 cups that is all of the tips that i have for today! you guys dont really lke my tips do you? no one ever replys to it when i have them out! well that is it! bye!

hey every one im gonna start running a mile every morning before i go to school and take a shower, and also i run a minimum of two miles a track practice a day and a max of 8. my coach said i need to eat more protein and carbs but i dont know any healthy ones. do you guys id really appreciate the help thanks ~helen~

Tip #3: The key of excersise is to have fun! Never do any form of excersise that is so BORING because then you wont stick to it! if you go jogging, go with a friend and have a race, go dancing, go swimming make it fun! Good luck to everyone and these workds are coming from my heart i am not taking it from something, and i know the tips are b asic, but i love to help!

well this is better i have been being more active the last couple of days now i got to start on eating healthier my best friend that i havent seen for 2 years came over saturday and well she is very skinny she looks anerxic and she said that she will be like my weight loss buddy i will just call her and stuff and tell her how im doing wit my weight.. anywaysim inbetween 160 - 170 my goal is about 120 lbs right now im going to be more active and eat healthier any sites (besides this one) that will helP? i already made up a exercise thing, its kinda stupid but i hope it works and that i stick to it. good luck everybody!!

- So umm, they say you have to burn 500 calories everyday so by the end of the week you`ll lose 1 pound . . right ? But yeah, I was wondering do you have to excercise until you burn 500 calories everyday. Or do you burn the 500 calories by just eating 500 calories less than ur required calories. (Ex. if u have to eat 1800 calories everyday to mantain ur weight in order to lose a pound u have to eat 1300 calories everyday.) Sorry if this was confusing, I just really needed to know this.Oh by the way, GOOD LUCK ON BECOMING HEALTHY . = )

OMG!!! I just found out that Im gonna see my parents in less then two months!! I havent seen them since last August, and i miss them like crazy, and i just found out that when im going to Paris they will be there too!! So i think ive finally found my inspiration. And now especially with the weather being alot warmer now, i have no excuuse not to walk everywhere instead of taking the bus. So heres how its gonna go for the next two months (till May 15th):Only water and tea to drink, fruit for breakfast, small lunch portion, smaller dinner portion, and snacks are dried fruits and nuts. And ill always have lots of sugarless gum around. Plus i have one of those exercise rubber band things, so ill use that to work on my uper arms, lots of crunches, and lots of pushups. Plus, on nights wheni dont have bball, ill take a nice hour long walk around my neighborhood. haha, yeah, im so excited!

Hi everybody!! I have a question. How many cals are in pineapple? I had a tiny sliver of that for breakfast. If you can help me... THANKZ oh ya... I weigh 196.5 from 215 lbs. YAH!!!!!!! ok i havent been on here for ages but listen u guys does anyone have any fun ways of excersizing and dieting i keep putting it off and i wana loose a bunch of weight b4 september i wana loose like 3 stone by september is that possible??????????  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

Hey Everyone, i just wanted to say, that i know where you all are coming from, i have a Heart problem and yes, it sucks so bad, but it's a reason for me to appreciate life and a reason for me to love those i have NOW in my life and appreciate those who USE to be in my life. I just wanted you all to know that, Life is hard and we all know that, but there is a reason for everything, no one is fat, no one is ugly. It's a Personal thing. You are all Beautiful, inside and out. I dont know how many days i have left. But, i know they are numbered, and they are going to end any time! Is soy milk better for you than regular milk? What about chocolate soy milk? Coffe flavored soy milk? Will it help you lose weight better than real milk?
