Tip #4 The key to dieting isnt really dieting! you really shouldnt diet, just go on and change some of the things that you eat! have a tuna sandwhich instead of a cheeseburger, and drink juice instead of soda, and also lower your portions, like have 1 cup of cereal instead of 2 cups that is all of the tips that i have for today! you guys dont really lke my tips do you? no one ever replys to it when i have them out! well that is it! bye!

some juice has a lot of sugar even if its pure but ur tips are great

Ya, but don't drink full sugar juice, drink water, 100% juice, or diet soda!
