I'm SO proud of myself! I did a 3 mile walk video, and I ate healthy! For breakfast, I had oatmeal and carrots. For lunch, a california roll. Snacks I had carrots. I'm SO determined to change my lifestyle. It's not just about losing weight, it's about living normally. Before, I'd finish a whole box of oreos before bedtime...and I'd be unable to sleep because my heart's beating so fast. I know I can do it! ~*Kendra*~
