Ht. 5'2, Wt. 149 - I have been lying on this site and it is such a stupid idea now that i thinkl about. I think I did it to hide my pain on my weight. My life is h***. My mom just squeezed my belly today and asked me what i had growing n there. I just can't handle the stress anymore. I WANT TO BE SKINNY. If I don't get help sooon i think I will stop eating. Ht. 5'5, Wt. more then it looks - oh yeah i kinda want to lose the weight by december some time because im gonna go to england to see my family i havent seen them since last year and i kinda want to surprise them but yeah its not for them because if i dont lose this ten pounds i think im gonna go nuts!
im thining about never eating a full serving of anything and just halfing it.. does that sound ok?
also for exercise i was thinking doing a work out video every other day and doing weight training the days i dont do the video and then run every day..but i dont know if im gonna do all that to start out with just work my way up..well tell me what you think and if you have any tips that would be great!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. more then it looks - ok today i ate a pack of poptarts 200 cals and abanana. when i got home from school i ate a yogurt and a 100 cal pack of cookies so 240 cals then break at work i ate another poptart 200 cals then my sis got me a philly cheese steak...i have no clue how many calories were in it probably like 500 and then i ate some cookies eep so that was about 300 so total i had 1400 cals ..which isnt soo bad but yeah what i ate wasnt so good...im also very confused about some things... i never go above 1800 calories even when im not on a diet but i never seem to lose weight..i normally run every night too i just dont know whats wrong... if yall have any suggestions that would be GREAT!

Ive been chubby all my life and its really hard cuz i have a super skinny twin and super skinny parents, people always comment on how much bigger i am than my twin and we couldnt be related. Ht. 5'1, Wt. 200 - Hey I read the tips from Usha and they seem like they would really work but I need to know some faster ways to lose weight. My mom told me that if I lost 30 pounds I could get my belly button peirced because I have always wanted to do that so that is my way of pushing myself to lose weight but I really want to lose it before Christmas and my birthday which is Dec. 15. I want to lose it before then so if I get some new clothes and stuff it won't be too big when I do lose some weight. Does anybody know any good tips such as diets and exercises? I have high blood pressure and I am trying to stop eating everything that makes it higher but I need to know some diets I could do. Ht. 5'4, Wt. 133 - Hey you guys! i really need help i only have a short time to do it... and i really wanna lose about 10-15 lbs and the only way i can do it is with some motavation and maybe some tips...if anyone has em. For all thoes who are struggling so hard to lose weight, heres some things that have really helped me keep the weight off. I'm sure you all know these, but hey, its always good to be reminded!
1.) NEVER OVER EAT! Once your body says full, stop right away. Throw your leftovers in the garbage, whatever. Just don't keep going, because thats the best recipe to gain weight and/or not lose. Just think before you take another bite "Is this really worth it?"
2.) STAY AWAY FROM THE JUNK FOOD! Deep fryed, somthered in greese and butter, high refined carbs like white bread, patatoes, rice, and high sugar and calrorie foods. Don't compleatly give them up otherwise you'll feel deprived. Just try to stay away from them and only eat them every once in a while in small amounts. The best way to do it... (view more)

Ht. /5'7, Wt. 255 - hey Yall I found out by my dietatian That u should never go on a scale when on a diet only once a mouth. any ways i have been on this diet for 2-3 days i am pround of some points and sad of others so far today its been wonderful okay for breafast i had a bannana and a 100 calories crips snack for lunch a salad with ranch i guess my carb for 2 day. and i came home had 2 bannans and another of 100 calories snacks. I walk about 3 miles and my legs hurt i am about to do 20 sqauts to keep the burn and later tonight after i eat a 10 mintute work out. and 10 crushes before bed tommorw i will probably rest does this sound good>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Ht. 5'9, Wt. S200.C199.G150 - My intake on cals today. Alright I did okay in the morn. then really horrible at work.. then great when Icame home... I dunno what happened.. it wont happen again tho! Breakfast- toast 90 cals, lunch 2 oz chicken 60 cals and some sugar free low fat jello- 10 cals, work :-( a chocolate 30 cals, nachos 400 cals, m&ms 220 cals, when I got home a sucker 5 cals, a salad 270.. I aint plannin on eatin anymore tonight if I do it will be like and apple at 30 cals but I'm stuffed so I probably wont... total 1,085 ... am I still doin alright?

Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 162 - yay another pound is goooooone. the lady at the grocery store called me a skinny minny and it made me happy lol. and my neighbor asked my mom how much weight i lost and told her i was "beautiful" lol it was a nice ego boost. i still have abour 30-40 pounds to loose till i will be really happy. by the end of the school yr. june 2006 i would like to be down to about 125-120. i just need to get my act together and really buckle down on my eating cause i havn't been doing so lately. im gonna have to be really strong through the holidays so wish me luck .. you guys are all awesome and BEAUTIFULLLLLLL. good luck.. <3<3..
