Ht. 55, Wt. 135 - oh and i found out a new way to stop or prevent a big binge ..well when i came home today i was like OMG im hungry ahhhh lol and normally when i come home i binge but today i was like hmm..peanut butters good and so i put my finger in the peanut butter and ate that but then i was thirsty so i was like ahh and then i realized there wasnt anything to drink so after five minutes i found something to drink and realized i was hungry but not enough to binge... well yeah thats it lol eat a small amount of peanutbutter and wait five minutes before you eat anything else..

Ht. 55, Wt. 135 - hey everyone..
my goal has been to lose ten pounds for like ever..butit just hasnt happened.. but now i think its comming closer..because today i did soo good on my diet, this morning i ate one poptart(100cals) with half a banana ididnt have time to eat the rest of it, at school i ate some thing at lunch i think it was like 100 cals im not sure, then in one of my classes i ate something else with 100 cals in then i came home and ate one more poptart (100 cals) and some grapes the only bad thing i think i did was i didnt vary much with my choices of what to eat and im eating gummy bears right now so thats another 110 cals in total that is 510 cals give or take a few hows that? oh and im gonna go to the gym in like thirty minutes..and eat dinner later well tell me what you think...

Ht. 5'1, Wt. Don't wanna kno.. - Okay okay okayzzzz... gosh this time I'm going to really be motivated and lay off all the JUNK !!!! I'm going to drink nooooooo more coffee at all so no sugar in it !! I am also going to try and eating breakfast in the morning and if I do I will only have a bowl of cheerios NO extra sugar and I will exercise 120 minutes a night whether it's playin catch wit a football running walkin etc and thatz not includin PE for right now my goal is 120 I hope I can get there and everybody else can get to there goals to so good luck and get motivated!!!! :D *~Montana~*

Ht. 5'10", Wt. 225 - I don't know what to do, I've pretty much been a big guy, and some of my relatives are big, but recently my parents and a couple of my cousins have gone on Weight Watchers, and have had success. Ht. 5'9, Wt. 200-150 goal - another tip: I just found a book I started awhile back that has weight and measurements... I measure and weigh once a month and write it all down right next to the last months.. then I color code them.. like my losses are pink and my gains are yellow. It helps me know which parts I really need to work on.. Like right now I hate to admit it but my butt is bigger than any part of me. But, it also makes me happy when I see loses and makes me think I have to work harder when I see gains. as of 9-21 I had 6 losses and 5 gains. That was without even really being on a plan. So I am confident this weigh in will have more losses than gains ^_^. Just an idea for all of you. Also, I don't weigh daily, that could drive one insane.. I weight every wednesday so I dont freak out when I gain or lose day by day its a weekly thing and that give me time for my exercising to work and my cal cutting 2.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 225 - I'm 2 days into my diet and really want some food. i'm fighting the urge but it takes so long to lose weight it doesn't even seem worth it. i want to be skinny so bad. the only thing stopping me from eating a snadwhich is imagining myself in some really cute clothes. but it's like i have so much weight to lose is it ever going to happen. i want to lose 80lbs

Ht. 5"4, Wt. 180 - Im so bummed. i think i had a big chance to make homecoming queen court. and i honestly think its cuz im too fat. im ugly. my boyfriend just lost a bunch of wait and is a total hottie..somebody help me out here what should i do? besides eat healthy and excersie i already run everyday for like 2 hrs cuz it gets me off of stress i dont know what im doing wrong. maybe i was just ment to be fat the rest of my life. i dont know. =(
