Ht. 55, Wt. 135 - hey everyone.. my goal has been to lose ten pounds for like ever..butit just hasnt happened.. but now i think its comming closer..because today i did soo good on my diet, this morning i ate one poptart(100cals) with half a banana ididnt have time to eat the rest of it, at school i ate some thing at lunch i think it was like 100 cals im not sure, then in one of my classes i ate something else with 100 cals in then i came home and ate one more poptart (100 cals) and some grapes the only bad thing i think i did was i didnt vary much with my choices of what to eat and im eating gummy bears right now so thats another 110 cals in total that is 510 cals give or take a few hows that? oh and im gonna go to the gym in like thirty minutes..and eat dinner later well tell me what you think...
