Ht. 5"11, Wt. about 230 - ok, some of u people are setting UNREALISTIC goals-- thats y every1 sets themselves up for failure- duh- yes we kno u want to be skinny asap but, it takes hard work and a lot of effort to do this- takes time- so suck it up and just exercise and eat right and never ever look at the scale for more than 2 weeks apart

Ht. 151, Wt. 130 - ok, so this is slightly off topic, but not really. so the cappuccino slim fast is really really good, but i noticed it makes my pee smell really strong like coffee. Is that normal, has any one else noticed this? lol, silly question i know, but i really like the stuff

Ht. 5'9, Wt. S200.C199.G150 - hey everyone.. a new day is upon us yet again. Today however, not only do I have the tip for the day but I have a challenge from me to you. I challenge each of you to exercise for atleast 10 minutes. Don't do it to prove to me or anyone else you caan.. but do it to prove to yourself you can.. Who knows maybe you'll enjoy it, keep in mind the whole time the longer you go the more cals you burn thus making your weight loss goal closer! Come on take the challenge I've givin you. i get to see my cousins for the first time tomorrow since i lost weight!!! they dont know ive even been on a diet, so they should be surprised. my cousins have always been skinnier than me. they kinda made fun of me. but they always told me i have a really pretty face, so i guess im just gonna be georgous. jk, (ok im not that pretty)

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 221.5 - I know it's bad to way yourself everyday but it gives me motivation. is that bad? like when i gain a little it maked me want to prove the scale wrong and when i lose a little it makes me feel like i could lose all the weight. do you think that is ok?

Ht. 5' 2", Wt. 135 - Hi everyone. It's my first time here so bear with me. First off, I'm not overweight, I am just really frustrated. I am on my school dance team and I am the heaviest girl. I hate having the feeling that everyone is talking about "The fat one" whenever we perform. I was wondering if anyone had any advice for losing weight quickly and keeping it off?

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 145 - hey guys i just wanted to let u know (hopefully ityll help someone) that food journals really do work. i was down for alonng time and the only thing that helped me get back up was i finally committed to a food journal . i HATED the idea and thought it sounded obsesive. so i promised id stop keeping it when i got control again. it helps sooo much and instead of getting mad at yourself for not reaching the calorie totoal u wanted, note improvements. i started with about 2500 cal a day an in the past week every day have cut out enough so that im around 1500 and NO junk (chocolate was my vice). im still working on balancing it though. like i need to eat more breakfast and stop havin gnight snacks. i hope this inspires someone else to keep one. just for a week try it! good luck everyone and thanks
