Ht. 5' 2", Wt. 135 - Hi everyone. It's my first time here so bear with me. First off, I'm not overweight, I am just really frustrated. I am on my school dance team and I am the heaviest girl. I hate having the feeling that everyone is talking about "The fat one" whenever we perform. I was wondering if anyone had any advice for losing weight quickly and keeping it off?

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 145 - hey guys i just wanted to let u know (hopefully ityll help someone) that food journals really do work. i was down for alonng time and the only thing that helped me get back up was i finally committed to a food journal . i HATED the idea and thought it sounded obsesive. so i promised id stop keeping it when i got control again. it helps sooo much and instead of getting mad at yourself for not reaching the calorie totoal u wanted, note improvements. i started with about 2500 cal a day an in the past week every day have cut out enough so that im around 1500 and NO junk (chocolate was my vice). im still working on balancing it though. like i need to eat more breakfast and stop havin gnight snacks. i hope this inspires someone else to keep one. just for a week try it! good luck everyone and thanks

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 145 - howd i do. br> yogurt. banana. lunch>2 bowls soup and peach. dinner> bowl of fruit and 2 yogurts. plate pasta snack before bed>cheerios and milk i know this isnt like diet small but i think this is what id normaly eat before i gained some weight so i thought it was ok. im kinda scared to eat less than normal or like diet. what do u think? could i try cutting calories and stuff just till i loose weight then go back to a typical day like this?

Ht. 5'1, Wt. Don't wanna kno.. - AhHhhHHHhhHhHhH!!!! I like totally SCREWED UP today ! :( I didn't eat breakfast cauze I was to lazy and tireed to get any and nuttin for lunch cauze I wasn't goin to wait in those long ass linez and for PE we did yoga... AND when I got home I really ate toooo much junk !!! I think I gained another 10 lbs tonighttt :(

S200.C199.G150 - HAHAHA I cant count lol I had toast with some butter for breakfest- 90 cals... 3 pickle spears for like.. b4 lunch ( 15 cals--- 2 oz chicken after lunch --60 cals.. then stupid dinner I didnt want to eat ne how.. 790 cals... somewhere in there I ate a sugar free candy at 30 cals and a pop at 100 cals... added together only makes 1,085 not 1124 ^_^ I'm happy...
