Ht. 5'3", Wt. s:218n:204g:135 - How much weight can I lose by march 1st (it's 20.5 weeks away)????????????? I am cutting calories to around 1200, and trying to go for a 30 minute walk 6 times a week, to give y'all an idea.....I was hoping for at least 30-40 pounds.

Okay I need some help I like to drink coffee BUT I put lotssss of sugar in it and its a badddddd habit and I need to stop It's hard to stop and everything But lately I have been doin really good wit exercise and everything I'm proud of myself and I really would like to get down to 120 for right now then after that 100 I am going to push myself to do this and STOP COMPLETLY drinkin coffee and eating all this sugary sh!t I want to feel okay about myself but that wont happen unless I push myself into changeing my habits I plan to exercise 60-120 minutes a day NOT includeing PE and I also plan to change my eating habits especially when I put lots of sugar on cheerios in the morning... but anyway good luck everybody !! *~Montana~*

I get a newsletter from LHJ.com everyday on weightloss.. it has a daily tip todays is : We know it's difficult to stay motivated to exercise regularly. One great way to keep up a workout routine is to pair up with another dedicated person, or with a small group of friends. You'll be surprised how much fun it can be to have a special group for walking, running, or working out at the gym. The camaraderie and support (not to mention the healthy peer pressure) can keep you motivated and feeling positive. Plus, you'll get some necessary together time, too.

Ht. 5'4" or 5'5", Wt. 120 - Hi everyone. I haven't been here for awhile but I started out at 143 and lost 23 pounds. I want to lose another 10 or so, but here is how I lost the first 23 pounds. Its called the Negative Calorie diet. There are some books on it but I couldnt find them so I just made up my own version of it. On my dit, you eat as much vegetables as you want, and as much fruit as you want except bananas, and as much seafood as you want, and you can also have lean chicken. These foods take more calories to digest than they have in them. For example, if a piece of broccoli has 60 calories, and it takes 100 calories to digest, then you lose 40 calories from fat. So, if you eat alot of these foods, you will lose weight. You don't have to eat all negative calories though. Usually, I eat like 500 calories of regular foods... (view more)

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 220 - Hello everyone. I've posted on this board a couple of times before, but I'm still unsure if there are rules regarding before/after pictures in external websites. However, I would like to post one mainly for psychological reasons, and I am fine with my post being removed if I've done something wrong.
I say psychological reasons, as this b/a pic isn't of weight loss, but weight gain, and I want to post it to 'shame' myself into getting serious about weight loss. I don't recommend doing this to yourself, it's just the way I feel is best to inspire myself.
I've uploaded the picture into http://www.geocities.com/boldsocks/banda.htm . It is the page's only content.
As a little explanation: the photo on the left was me two years ago, and I am still the same height. And can I also request that you do not save / distribute this picture, as I would like it to remain private to B.B. visitors.
