Ht. 5'0, Wt. 120 - how much can muscle weigh, and how fast can muscle develop? because i can tell a difference when i flex my stomach and legs, and i have lost some leg- flab. what are some good ways to gain muscle? i do like sit ups and pushups n stuff, but is there n e thing else?

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 280-270 GOAL:160 - I hate going into the chat sometimes, because its like some people will say they lost 30 pounds on the atkins diet but gained 15 back...whats the point. Why go on a specific diet when you can just cut back on your meals, drink lots of water and exercise like lots of other people. I hate how some people buy into FADS..anyways hope everyone else is having a good day!

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 200 - Hello everyone, I'd love to lose about 50 pounds but I have school and work all the time. Does anyone have any exersize suggestions? I generally eat healthy but I'm overweight due to lack of exersize. I used to play volleyball and softball when I had more time but I just dont have time now. Any suggestions??

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 139 - Hey ya'll! okay i went from 156pds. in december and got all the way to 139. i havent been able to get the last couple of pounds off that i want to. i want to weigh about 125 or less. even though i lost all weight i didnt even drop a dress size. Ht. 5'3", Wt. 207 Goal:135 - I read that salads and sandwiches are bad for you, so I am kinda freaking out, cause I always thought they were healthy. If they aren't, the what can I eat!?!?!?! Also, here's today: Chicken Nuggets kids meal from mcdonalds(4 nuggets, apple dippers, water), and for supper I will be eating a baked potato w/ a quater cup of cheese and a little sour cream. I am also going for a 30 minute walk/jog today. How'd I do???

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 180 - Just so you all know, becoming a gainer is the worst thing you could do. When someone is overweight, they should do something about getting rid of that weight, not adding more! It is so unhealthy and people will steer away from you. You will, I hate to say it, die at a much younger age if you gain weight for the sake of gaining weight. If you are worried, find help! Just, whatever you do, DO NOT BECOME A GAINER! Best of luck to all!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 141 - Okay, I think what a lot of people are saying to give up is really bad. I got to my goal weigth but I plan to loose more. It was so hard after you lose it cause, if you look back, to what you were then and now, you'll feel proud.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 180 - Hey, y'all! I have just started a weigh loss plan for myself, and I hope it will work, so I am quite excited about that. I just have a couple of questions. My first one is this: I never call myself fat, because I really don't look my weight. I am pretty muscular, but still overweight. I don't call myself fat or insult myself, but I think other people do. They don't do it to my face, though, they do it behind my backs and I hear that they said it because my friends tell me. Is there any way I can put an end to that while I am in the weight-loss process? Ht. 5ft and 1/2 in, Wt. 149 - ok i know i did bad, but can people give me advie on what 2 change. OK here we go, bare with be please. 1 toasted english muffin, bugar with ketchup and fench fries with ketchup, water, chocolate milk, 15 oreos, half a cup of onions and garlic chips, grape ginger ale. for dinner im going to have roast beef, broccoli rabe, and mash potatoes and water.
