Ht. 5'8, Wt. 178ish - Hi everyone, I just wanted to ask if I'm doing ok. I started to increase my diet and make it more strict so can you ppl comment and tell me if I'm doing ok. So far today for breakfast I had 1 cup of cereal and a 1/2 cup of 2% milk. I measured it all out so I know exactly. Then I just ate a small salad for lunch it was in a bowl that holds about a cup. I had a little bit of ham, a piece of cheese and 2 baby carrots in it with fat free ranch dressing. For dinner I'll probably have some soup. I went on my XL-glider that my mom bought me and burned 550 calories so far. I'm going to go back on and burn another 450 so I make 1000 calories today. Did I do alright so far???
