Ht. 5 ft. 4 inch., Wt. 136 - Hey what`s up!! i weigh around 136 and when i was about 12-13 years old i got all the wayy up to 170 so i lost alot of weight so far. my stomach is ALMOST flat. and my legs are getting tonned up better. i wanna know how to loos more weight cuzz lately i have actually gained 2 puonds i know it doesnt seem like a lot but its still 2 punds......PLZ help me!!

Ht. 6 ft, Wt. 230 - Hi. my name is chad. i just want to no how to lose up to 20 to 40lbs before december 15. thats when my skools homecoming is and i wanna go with someone that likes me and doesnt just want to go as "just friends" it just isnt fun with just "friends". so if someone can help me, that'll b great. i dont eat meat (except chicken) and i dont eat fish. i usually eat special k ceral with soy milk for breakfast, lunch i dont no, and for dinner im starting to eat soy burgers. also, im not gonna b drinkin pop unless its ok, cuz my teacher said he stopped drinkin pop for just a month and he lost 10lbs.....would sprite zero still b good tho, it has nothin in it..... someone........HELPPPPPP!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'5'' 1/2, Wt. 213 now 205 - Today for lunch i had a SMALL bowl of cheerios and an apple. I went grocery shoppng and ate about a serving of trail mix. For Dinner im having a veggie burger and a small salad. Bad thing is that i didnt run today cuzz my cuzzin who i run with is working late tonight and yesterday i had to go somewhere. Im running tommorrow (3 miles a day) am i doing alright?

Ht. 5'11, Wt. 180 - I know this may not be necessarily healthy, so I won't continue doing this to meet my weightloss goals, but does anyone know a way to lose five pounds quickly before next Tuesday? I have a district swim meet coming up and my coach wants to take five off of me before the meet. Thanks for your help.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 190 - okay my goal for this year (school year) is to get to a size seven and i were a 11 to 13 and it sux! but my bday is coming up in a mounth and a half so i would like to lose a lil nothing to much like 10 -15 pounds and cause we are going shopping and i would like to get slimmer! oh ya this summer i was 200 and i am 190 now so thats good right? i just need exerciseing tips i cant change eating i tried too many times

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 181 - well i no your not ment to starve yourself or anything like that and im not trying to promote it but im just really going to cut calories now because: i started at 198lbs and i haven't properly dieted just mixed n matched and at my lightest had got down to 174 and now im at 181 so now im just going to exercise quite alot and this is what ive eat so far today - 1 slice of grilled bacon, 3 squares of galaxy, 3 grilled low fat burger, 3 onion rings and red sauce. i no what ive eaten isnt exactly healthy but at least ive eat. ne advice from anyone would be greatly appreciated xx

( i usually juss eat an apple and something like trail mix but i came home early ) then later i went to a football game from 530-10 and over there i ate nachos (not all of em) and a hot chocolate, i was having so much fun i didnt realize what i ate. I didnt run becuzz well i was gone when me and my cuzzin go running (6) but i plan on going tonightt. My mom wants me to make a list of all the things she should buy today! Any ideas pleaze?!?!?!? (im a vegetarian)
