Ht. ??, Wt. 212.5 - Hi! I just started exercising and eating less today. I weigh 212.5 pounds and I'm planning to get down to 150. I'm 5'9 and thats pretty tall for my age. I have been reading everyone success stories and I have really thought about it. If you can do it I can do it. :) My BMI(body mass index) is 31.3 and thats not good...i need to get it down to atleast 23. Wish me lots of luck and in either one or two weeks I will be back on to post if I've lost anything. I just started to day , its Monday Oct 10,2005...and I am trying to do that special k diet. Im cutting my portions of food so hopefully that will help! THANX!

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 228 - i feel so fat and alone, i eat mcdonalds to cheer me up, i cant stand this anymore why did Jesus make me fat what did I do, i'm so sorry i try to excercise my mum supports me in it but it doesnt work i just feel so fat and ugly people say im' ugly and shaped like a elephant i wish i was a pretty little princess not a fat elephant i'm human not aa dog please help me lose weight so i can get a boyfriend and go to prom with some cutie pie!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 163 - i lost two more pounds.. three more pounds and i'll be at a total loss of 30 lbs which is way awesome cause ive kept it off. i dunno.. i still feel really fat. like i feel gross. and everytime i actually feel good about myself my mom brings me back down.. she always has a comment like "you really need to work on your stomche" or something.. she can never just be happy that im trying.. i dont know what to do anymore ..

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 180 - Hey Everyone! I haven't posted for a while so I thought i'd give you a update. I currently weigh 180, I used to weigh 313. It's been a long journey, it has taken me about a year and a half to loose all this weight but it has been so worth it! I still workout at a all-womans gym and that helps so much. I do 3 classes a week, BodyPump, which is aerobics and weight-lifting in one class, I do that twice a week. Then I do a spin class, which involves a stationary bike, the only thing that sucks about that is it hurts your butt really bad if you don't get adjusted just right. I also do a step class, which is with a plastic step about 6 inches high. I don't deprive myself, but I don't over endulge either. Ht. 5'1, Wt. 170 - Hey peoplez Todayyyy I had a bowl of cheerios for breakfast for lunch I had a bowl of homemade chicken noodle soup (EW) 80 calz and since I didn't like that I made a peanut butter and honey sandwhich...on white bread.. thatz all I have ate today and I was throwing a ball around wit my 6 year old neice outside for like 20 minutes and I'm going to be workin out more and stuff later on I might eat something else...How have I done today ??

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 160 - hey! ive been following a diet of 800-1000 calories lately cuz that was the only way that i could lose weight but im always hungry and of course i know its so bad for you to go below 1200 calories but i just couldnt help it because i was losing so much weight. But now, ive decided that im really harming my body by not getting enough nutrients so i want to boost it up to 1200, but im scared that i will gain weight from this because my metabolism is slow. Im really really worried about this...do you think i will gain from starting to eat 1200 calories from a 800-1000 calorie diet?? I need advice really badly, thanks!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 170 - hay i was just on the wheight calculator and i have 40 lb's to loose i can so do that.I love cooking and i;m sure i can come up with healthy recipes and i'm realy motivated so come on the diet any suggestions will be great and if any of you have past experiances with having to loose around the same amount of wheight then addvice would be a big help.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 208 - ok, so i was up to 214, got down to 208 but i just dont feel like im doing well or trying hard enough. i was doing so well... i was doing the treadmill every day practically, and following wat my nutritionist said... 2-3 dairy a day, 3 fats, 6 grains, 4 oz protein, 5 or more veggies, and 2-4 fruit... but now i havent done well AT ALL!!! i went to a concert yesterday and had burger king twice! in one day! i dont know wat to do... please help. someone... ive got another nutritionist appointment october 22nd so ive got 2 weeks till my next appt and i want to lose at least 2lbs but i just really need some help... please

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 170 - Ok, I am trying to lose weight by the end of October. I dont have a specific amount of weight but just some pounds. I really want to lose at least 10 pounds by November. I know what to do but I just cant get motivated I feel so lazy. Do you guys know anything for me to get motivated? Thankyou!!

Ht. 5'5', Wt. 143ish - well I have lost some weight not much but some. I was 157 but now I'm 143! but most of thats was probably water! I really wanno lost like ny butt and legs. but I can't just lose thoughs by whaching what I eat . I need some kind of work out to lose them. anyone have any suggestions????

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 176 - Hey everyone,
I'm so happy! I lost another 4 pounds!! I was 180 for the longest time now im on the border line of 175:)Last night I went on my mom's Xl-glider she bought cause we've both been dieting and I burned 999.9 calories!! I feel so great. Everyday I'm gonna go on the glider and burn 500 calories. Also another way I have lost weight was I eat Raisin Bran everyday for breakfast and I mean everyday. Sometimes even twice a day cause the fiber is really good for you and it may sound gross but it cleans you out and you loose even more weight:) So far today I ate a bowl of raisin bran and 2 cups of hot cocoa cause its so cold outside. I'll probably have a yogurt for lunch and something small for dinner. If anyone has any comments please post I love to hear them.

U dont wanna know - Ok, so far I've only had breakfast which was 2 bowls of fruity pebbles....I know, I know, not good, but I plan and doing awesome the rest of the day...will what I ate for breakfast affect the outcome of the day if I eat really good...in other words did I totally screw up?
