Ht. 5'5'' 1/2, Wt. 213 now 205 - Hey guys, yesterday i had a small bag of hot cheetoes w/cream cheese for lunch. I went to my friends after school & had a bowel of clam chowder &a diet soda. Then i came home, ran, and had an apple and a celery stalk and a half w/peanut butter. Howd i do? By the way i walked home wich is 40 minutes.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 208 - ok my new plan.... do what my brother and father did... both of them lost over 50lbs by not eating lunch... theyd eat ceral for breakfast, which is what my family usual has for breakfast, then no lunch, (well my dad ate a piece of fruit, by brother just had a drink) im gonna just have a drink, and then a regular dinner... like watever my mom cooks or like a salad at a restaurant but im still gonna cut what i eat at dinner in half... plus no snacks... this is gonna cut like 700 calories... i know its not the healthiest way to do this but right now, its the only way. its worked for people i know so wish me luck

Ht. 5 7 , Wt. 175 - I started out bieng just a little overweight and thought nothin of it, and never did anything about it. now i am at least 20 pounds overweight and very self concious so if you are a little over weight at least try to do somthig about it.

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 170 - Hey peoplezzz.... Today I didn't eat breakfast cauze I waz in a hurry and for lunch I ate a hamburger...and a little bit of salad and My PE changed to 6th period instead of 1st but anyway in PE we did Running lines I wasn't running muchh... I should of been and We did jump ropes which I was doing good at and I ate a little box of nerds. For dinner we are havin ham and cheese sandwhiches I usally have 2 whole sandwhiches and I'm going to work out and stuff later on tonight after dinner... So how have I done ?

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 132 - I just wanted to tell everyone out there that what you think is impossible, isnt. I once weighed 185 pounds that was about 2 years ago, since then, ive lost nearly 50 pounds, and im still working on it. Someday, I aspire to be a model. There is hope for everyone. The one thing that really kept me going was that there are more important things than food out there, like relationships, intelligence, wisdom and just plain out having fun. Everytime you go to grab that candy bar or snack just think how much work you will have to do to work it off, but how easy it is to eat it. Its not fair. Just chose not to eat it, its hard but the more you think that youre not on a diet, just eating healthy the easier it is, because then you dont have to think " not to think about food" when you actually are as you think that....
