Ht. 5'4, Wt. 151 - is it possible to lose 20 to 30 lbs in about 4 months? its my 16th birthday in 4months- i think i can if i excersise everynight and eat <500 calories/day. anyone got more tips

<500 cals is BADDDD!! TRUST ME! my moms a fitness instructor..u need to eat about 1000-1200 cals per day! u eat to get nutrients into yer body! its not just calories!

<500 aint healthy. lk she said, u'll lose muslce before fat, and it wont look right. i reckomend more cals, and exercise. you may not lose all that weight, but you'll look better. i personally think that as long as ur not overweight, sight is a better way to assess yourself than weight. ive weighed less than i do right now, but ive not been size 10, or felt as comfortable with myself as i do right now. just eat reli reli healthily and exercise a lot. this way, u'll look better and u'll b healthier in later life - lower risk of obesity, nd related diseases, and immune system problems nd the probs that causes etc and ur less likely to put weight back on/get fat again. <500 will stop u living, believe me, iv been there. good luck x

eating < 500 you're gonna lose all your muscle and slow down your metabolism and get diseases when you're older. Food is nutrients, not just calories!
