Ht. 5'1, Wt. 200 - Hey ya'll this is my first time here and I just wanted to know if anybody knows any good excersizes I can do to lose weight like kinda fast. I am around 200 pounds right now and I want to be about 120. Does anybody know any good diets and/or excersizes I can do to lose about 80 pounds?

I was just in the chat.. and an un-named person got all Ticked off cause I said something about how I was sweating while running.. so this is a poll.. how many people think I should have gotten yelled at and someone being mad at me for saying something about sweating during running?

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 145 - howd i do. br> yogurt. banana. lunch>2 bowls soup and peach. dinner> bowl of fruit and 2 yogurts. plate pasta
snack before bed>cheerios and milk
i know this isnt like diet small but i think this is what id normaly eat before i gained some weight so i thought it was ok. im kinda scared to eat less than normal or like diet. what do u think? could i try cutting calories and stuff just till i loose weight then go back to a typical day like this?

Ht. 5'0, Wt. 120 - ok so i was just back looking at some of the posts a little while back, (i havnt been on for a lil while) and iwas hurt. janeal, im sry, but you just have the wrong idea. and i dont think its funny what sanna said!!! ok i guess i csn forgive her, but you said that people shouldnt spend time answering people 120 or less. if n e thing you are just like skinny people are with fat people. ( and i am not skinny) just forget about them, they dont matter. well im not skinny im not fat, im just tryin to lose some weight!!! i never say n e thing mean or hurtful to ne one, if ne thing i try to help. im not asking for your support, but just except me and leave me alone!!!

Ht. 5'1, Wt. Don't wanna kno.. - AhHhhHHHhhHhHhH!!!! I like totally SCREWED UP today ! :( I didn't eat breakfast cauze I was to lazy and tireed to get any and nuttin for lunch cauze I wasn't goin to wait in those long ass linez and for PE we did yoga... AND when I got home I really ate toooo much junk !!! I think I gained another 10 lbs tonighttt :(

If you absolutely hate jogging, you probably won't look forward to a mile around the track. You can get the same benefit from rollerblading, dancing, or practicing karate -- depending on the amount of time and the level of exertion. A fun, 20-minute game of basketball can burn up around 175 calories. So find the exercise that's right for you, and then you'll want to stick to it.

S200.C199.G150 - HAHAHA I cant count lol I had toast with some butter for breakfest- 90 cals... 3 pickle spears for like.. b4 lunch ( 15 cals--- 2 oz chicken after lunch --60 cals.. then stupid dinner I didnt want to eat ne how.. 790 cals... somewhere in there I ate a sugar free candy at 30 cals and a pop at 100 cals... added together only makes 1,085 not 1124 ^_^ I'm happy...

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 200-150 goal - Its a new day!! hope you all did well on your diets and exercise yesterday. I'mma weigh in about 30 mins so we'll see :-s lol anyhow.. good luck to everyone today.. Remeber to take it one day at a time and it isnt as hard. Good Luck! I know you can do it!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 158 - Hey everyone!!! I hope that you are all busting blubber! LoL. Anyways, I am posting because I have a problem and seek help. Every time I diet, the first few days are always fine...but it never lasts well over a week. I'll give into ice cream, cake, cookies...JUNK! Then I just kind of forget about dieting and start eating junk every day. Also, I have trouble sticking to exercizing. So please let me know if you have any ideas of how to stick to exersizing regularly and dieting. Thanks!
