Ht. 5' 2", Wt. 135 - Hi everyone. It's my first time here so bear with me. First off, I'm not overweight, I am just really frustrated. I am on my school dance team and I am the heaviest girl. I hate having the feeling that everyone is talking about "The fat one" whenever we perform. I was wondering if anyone had any advice for losing weight quickly and keeping it off?

i know what u mean. i think that any extra weight no matter how much it is .. if it makes you unhappy its worth doing somethign about right? since u barely have anything to loose you dont need to diet. just change things permanently so it stays off. like cut back a bit on the junk, drink more water and excercise. seriously ityll stay off if u do that. if u wanna loose it faster.. i find diets dont work and ar e frustrating.. but u could take the advice/diets of some people on the board. like eat super healthy no junk till u loose it then introduce it slowly but never fully (keeping to the permanent changes). goodluck!
