Ht. 5"5, Wt. 220 - Hello there! i think that now that a found a job it will be better for me to lose weight, because I won't be at home sleeping and eating, but I have a problem, I eat a big breakfast then a snack and something for lunch at 2:30 but then I got out of work at 7:30 and when I get home I eat. what I am looking for is what could i do not to eat food that late, if any of you guys knows of something that i could eat instead of having a big meal. ;)

I use to be the same way until I started eating small meals throughout the day...never starve yourself because thats the worst thing you could do. When you starve yourself and only eat one big meal a day or something your body gets more fat off of the foods you enjoy. Try to eat less greasy foods and drink less soda...like when your reaching for a soda stop and grab a cup or bottle of water intstead. Try not to eat after a certain time....like after 7pm or 8pm. If you do choose to eat late grab a fruit or something healthy that you know you won't regret followed with a glass of water...
