Ht. 5'5, Wt. more then it looks - oh yeah i kinda want to lose the weight by december some time because im gonna go to england to see my family i havent seen them since last year and i kinda want to surprise them but yeah its not for them because if i dont lose this ten pounds i think im gonna go nuts!
im thining about never eating a full serving of anything and just halfing it.. does that sound ok?
also for exercise i was thinking doing a work out video every other day and doing weight training the days i dont do the video and then run every day..but i dont know if im gonna do all that to start out with just work my way up..well tell me what you think and if you have any tips that would be great!

Best exercise to drop weight is cardio. So if you can use a treadmill every day for a while or go for walks that will be good. atleast 30 minutes a day and when you get used to it try for 1 hour.
