Ht. 5'2, Wt. 149 - I have been lying on this site and it is such a stupid idea now that i thinkl about. I think I did it to hide my pain on my weight. My life is h***. My mom just squeezed my belly today and asked me what i had growing n there. I just can't handle the stress anymore. I WANT TO BE SKINNY. If I don't get help sooon i think I will stop eating. HELP-anna

Anna... Hey my boyfriend and i, and about 2 or 3 other girls had a talk about dietin the other day in lunch. because i weigh 135 and wanna be 115 before december.. for a dance... well my boyfriend tells me he doesn't want me to lose weight.. but if i did i need to lose it healthy and not to much.. well i understand were hes coming from i told him i was only going to eat one meal a day and then he brought up what has helped me go from 145-135 in 2 weeks.. * you do not stop eatting* (it slows down matabolism) you wanna eat 6 small/healthy meals a day and work out. you wanna get your heart rate in the target heart rate zone *take 220-your age* like i am 15 mine is 205 then take that times .6 and .85 if u get ur heart rate in that range per min. Then you r workin off fat. at least thats what i learn. so girl what i am saying is:
-Drink a glass of water before and with every meal helps to fill you up.
-6 small/healthy meals a day
-Keep your heart rate up helps you burn calories and have a healthy heart
-exercise alot...

oh! and don't EVER starve yourself. That will NOT, ABSALOTLY NOT work and will just slow you down actually. So if you really wanna lose weight, DON'T STOP EATING! ITs the worst thing you can do. Healthy, slow, permanent weight loss is the best way you can do it. Just be patiant hun.

Hey Anna, I suggest you read what I posted about what has helped me with keeping the pounds away so far. Its on the next page of this board. Also, another good thing to do is search for tips on the internet. I found that really helps keep me motivated. Good luck!
