yeah i'm so happy. today i weighed myself and i was 145. which means i have 43pounds till my goal. also i've lost 15lbs so far since joining blubberbuster. and this year i've lost 27lbs and i'm really proud of myself.

Okay, i have always been yo yo dieting... but i have decided to take action, i get real stressed out about how i look, i am sure you all understand... but i have decided to take action... i hope you wont mind if i post how i do all the time!! i am amiming to be happy with myself.. thanks!!

hey i need some advice. i now weigh like 147 and still want to loose like 17 more lbs this month. but i'm having a hard time getting motivated. mainly cause i weigh my self in the morning and then the next day i either go up a pound or two, but it seems impossible to gain that much in one day. and i'm exercising for at least and 1hour a day but it's just not working. any suggestions? thanks a ton :)

ok i posted late last night....about this guy, named bobby...and i need you girl's help...this guys name is bobby....he likes me as a really good friend, yet he like this other girl(whom i dont know) and asked her out...:(...but, i cant live that way...hes just wonderful...he helped me with some of my emotional problems....but, i really want to date him, i dreamed it...and i cried when he told me, b/c was thinking, he dont like me b/c im over weight...and so, should i ask him out(when they break up) or should i wait til he does me....he told me i need to find the perfect person....and i said i would....and i said, but i know ill be back, b/c ur perfect...and he said thats great!....im in love!!!!:), but i need to get better @ running for basketball in sept. any ideas to hurry it up(i weigh 210, i cant run hardly @ all, not goot at least)how can i get faster?

this weekend i blew my diet, all i had was cookies,twizzlers, pizza, animal crackers, milk duds, sour patch kids, ice cream and movie popcorn...yesterday after eating so much i felt very very sick (nauesea) now today it hurts so bad to eat food, i get very horriable cramp type pain in my stomach when i eat, even if its very small or healthy...whats going on? im really scared

I tried to throw up today, but I stopped myself by the third time I gagged. I DON'T WANT TO BE BULIMIC AGAIN but I ate so much today and I feel SO hopeless! I binge everytime I'm at home. For the longest time I've been avoiding home...but I can't go on like this forever, right?! I've lost 5-6lbs since last month, and I'd like to lost another 6lbs by next month. I just dont' see it happening because I just CAN'T stop when I'm at home! This is what I had: 3 bowls of yogurt, 5 egg rolls, 2 steam buns, a nectarine and a bowl of rice and pork. AND it's not even dinner time yet! I don't know what to do with myself. But I'm glad I didn't throw up. Pleas help me, guys!

I'm going on vacation today guys. I did bad yesterday and I ended up 134 this morning..one more pound then I was the last two days. Its ok though..I'm telling myself It's only one pound. I'll probably lose it while on vacation since I'll be doing all that walking and stuff. I'm excited. I'll be back in a week. Hopefully I'll lose a little while I'm on vacationGood luck everybody!!!

omg.. now we have all this leftover wedding food at my house and i just have been eatting those after dinner mints non stop lol i have to stop this madness!!! lol i've lost 10 lbs this summer and i CANNOT gain it back!! Ahhh help me stay away lol hey quick question, i've already eatten 1200 cals today and its only 3:00, does anyone think i should just not eat the rest of the day? I dont normally do this but i have to work from 4-11 and i can't eat then anyway so i figured i shoudl get energy now lol cuz last time i felt like i twas goign to fall over- Gnite :)

ok my new diet is what ever i eat in calories i burn in exercise so im gonna have 1000 cals a day so i ave 2 do 55 mins step areobics which im gonna do in 5 minutes at a time. so i stick with it. since i need just over 3000 cals a daay to maintain my body weight (go to handbag.com then fitnes the caluclators then calorie needs to find out urs) i shld lose like 6 pounds in a week ;-) im gonna do this strickly for 2 weeks then il let myself have like 200 cals more and try to keep up with the exercise. i start sunday wish me luck
