ok my new diet is what ever i eat in calories i burn in exercise so im gonna have 1000 cals a day so i ave 2 do 55 mins step areobics which im gonna do in 5 minutes at a time. so i stick with it. since i need just over 3000 cals a daay to maintain my body weight (go to handbag.com then fitnes the caluclators then calorie needs to find out urs) i shld lose like 6 pounds in a week ;-) im gonna do this strickly for 2 weeks then il let myself have like 200 cals more and try to keep up with the exercise. i start sunday wish me luck

Bump it up to 1,200. Anything under 1,200 puts your body into a...what'da call it, crap...caloric shock? Then you won't loose as much weight as you would have. It's from a long time ago when people used to live without steady amounts of food. That way, they didn't stave.
