Okay, i have always been yo yo dieting... but i have decided to take action, i get real stressed out about how i look, i am sure you all understand... but i have decided to take action... i hope you wont mind if i post how i do all the time!! i am amiming to be happy with myself.. thanks!!

Hey no worries, SM. I post here a few times a day. Everyday I also post what I ate and how much I exercise. It helps me. So...POST POST POST!!! I'm really self-conscious as well. ~~MissyK~~
