I did bad today Breakfast- Didn't eat Lunch- Wendy's Cheeseburger and fries and Supper- Cube steak, corn of cob, and fried potatoes, and for a snack i had a ice cream cone. I know that is so awful!

I watched some of the True Life, I'm Obese episode again, It makes me really sad. I am happy that I am not obese anymore, but I am right under it. I wish success to you all!

I just started weight watchers today. I am not going to a meeting or doing it online, my mom goes to meetings and I am just gonna do the point system and excersize everyday for at least an hour. I hope I do well, good luck everyone.

Yea if you were using this 3 day diet.. and if it worked i dont think you'd still be on this site... would you be following your own advice?

i just had 2 fat free soft tortilla shells with 1/3 cup fat free cheese- together 190 calories...then i had about 2 or 3 cups watermelon, maybe 200 or so calories...i feel like i just ruined my diet, i had about 1500 calories today :(

if i went over my caloire limit of 1200 by 300 today should i just eat 900 calories tommorow to make up for the 300 then get back to normal the day after?

Hey everyone im new here. my name is Tara and im in the 11th grade for most of my life ive been over weight. but its getting to the point where im afraid im goign to gain more and more weight. im 5'6' and weigh 232 lbs i have gone down from being 245lbs but i still need to lose way more. diets dont work for me so i think ill try to eat some what better and get alot of excersice. I love dancing and i quit dance class for 2 years because of the tight clothes i have to wear. but this coming year im going to join dance again. so i really want to lose weight b/c its so embaressing. does any one have any tips to help ?

Why do you want to be so skinny, like below you get all mad b/c we don't like people talking about the 3 day diet. Why get skinny quick and then gain the weight back and not know what to do. We should not attempt to do a diet like that, even if it is safe!

HEY GUYS YOU WANT A WAY TO GET TONED AND FIT WILL IF YOU ADD WEIHTS IT HELPS WHEN YOU WALK ARE DO ANKLE WEIGTH AND DO LEG LIFTS ANY WAY IF YOU DONT HAVE THE WEIGHTS OR THE MONEY GO INTO YOUR KITCHEN AND PULL OUT A CAN OR SOMETHING AND USE THOSE AS YOUR WEIGHTS OR FILL TWO MILK JUGS UP WIHT WATER AND USE THOSE GOOD LUCK

Well hi people, I'm back to the site, I left because every time I posted it would never show up on the bulletin board:(. Well now I'm a very sad person, Im 5"7 and 150lbs, Im at risk of becoming overweight. I don't want to become over weight because I get teased enough when I go swimming, or by my sister or mother:(, that doesn't help me at all. I'm going to New York on the 10th and I want to loose 5 pounds, anyway I can do this, I mean I have a goal weight of 130, it would be nice, guys only look at me now because my bra size is a 36D, but if I were Skinny, nice legs, you know, guys in my school would treat me diffrently. One thing that I know is that i want to loose weight on my stomach mostly, maybe a bit on my legs. My butt is fine i mean that i get compliments for (italian butt:P).. Well can someone help me? Please!!!!!! ***Marina
