Hey everyone im new here. my name is Tara and im in the 11th grade for most of my life ive been over weight. but its getting to the point where im afraid im goign to gain more and more weight. im 5'6' and weigh 232 lbs i have gone down from being 245lbs but i still need to lose way more. diets dont work for me so i think ill try to eat some what better and get alot of excersice. I love dancing and i quit dance class for 2 years because of the tight clothes i have to wear. but this coming year im going to join dance again. so i really want to lose weight b/c its so embaressing. does any one have any tips to help ?

Weight watchers is really good, and if you want to check out some of the success stories and check out the plan, go to www.weightwatchers.com . My mom has lost a lot of weight on it, and I am starting today.
