Well hi people, I'm back to the site, I left because every time I posted it would never show up on the bulletin board:(. Well now I'm a very sad person, Im 5"7 and 150lbs, Im at risk of becoming overweight. I don't want to become over weight because I get teased enough when I go swimming, or by my sister or mother:(, that doesn't help me at all. I'm going to New York on the 10th and I want to loose 5 pounds, anyway I can do this, I mean I have a goal weight of 130, it would be nice, guys only look at me now because my bra size is a 36D, but if I were Skinny, nice legs, you know, guys in my school would treat me diffrently. One thing that I know is that i want to loose weight on my stomach mostly, maybe a bit on my legs. My butt is fine i mean that i get compliments for (italian butt:P).. Well can someone help me? my best advice is for you to start walking a mile a day ( i know it seems hard at first but after a while it gets easy and you enjoy it) then after walking is easy move up to jogging, then running and so on, you wont have to worry about the weight. trust me you dont want to become obese, i know from experince , if you dont take it serious now you will wastes years of your life struggling with it and one day finally face up to it or ending dying at a younger age. i wish you the best of luck
