katherine it isnt sick is the truth. i no one girl whose being doin it since she was 12. just cos ppl dont actually tell u dont mean that ppl from 13 up aint sexually active. i mean on t.v there was this documentary done as a life of a 14 yr old living in liverpool and she had done it with 2 guys through peer pressure. did any1 see it it was on a few months a ago and it was called pleasure island. on channel 4 british t.v. and dont call me sick or anything i aint like that or anything. but it does happen. thats all im saying. i no u believe it dont but i thnk americans r more religious that british ppl. cos its only black pppl that i no that actually go to church on a regular basis. does any1 else no what i mean?

I am kind of on a 'semi' weight watchers plan. i go on and off using the point values. but sometimes i don't get enough points and it says that that can be dangerous. but i notice that i lose more weight when i do, yet i am still eating healthy. so do u think it is ok that i go under or should i always make sure to get 22-27 points..o ya i am switching weight like every few days and the pont values change...should i stick with the lower one or higher?

I screwed up today. I"m on phase two of the south beach and you're not supposed to add carbs in SO quickly, but this is waht i've had today....
boca patty with parmasan and ketchup
all together 10 slices of deli meat with parmasan and fat free butter spray ( 300 cals together)
then i wnet out for lunch.....SAD at a spanish/mexican restaurant and I ate two grilled chicken tacos with soft shell ... but i thin kthe chicken was really greasy! :(
all toghet 3 diet mountain dews and 8 glasses of water
a bowl of kashi grain cereal with skim milk
fat free froz. yogurt with fat free cool whip
5 strawberries
pack of gum
HELP! Sigh..well start over again tomorrow... is that a lot to eat in one day?

hi guys....just wondering if anyone knows the best approach to losing weight. i am 5'5 143 lbs, but i want to lose 20 pounds... i have exercised, ate less,for like a month or so an i have inly lost two pounds!!!!!!! what is going on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I exercise I walk 5 minutes to warm-up then run 2 minutes straight then walk 1 min. straight. I do this alternation for 40 minutes. Then I do the weights like I said before.

Help! It seems that I've hit a road block. I started a diet about 3 months ago and I've lost 40 pounds. But ever since then I havent lost anymore. If anyone has any tips or advice, please let me know.

I feel really great right now b/c I just excersized, not for very long, but I haven't ate very much today so its ok. I am listening to music too so I'm happy b/c I love music. I feel like I have lost a lot lately, but the scales say I don't, but I have A LOT of muscle in my legs, and I'm really happy about that b/c when I woke up this morning my muscles looked bigger and stronger!! Wish me luck on my weight loss!!!

Okay, I know this is not very reletive to the south beach topic, but i am in MUCH need of help right now! I called in to work this morning saying that I had an infection, and the manager asked what kind... and without thinking i just said... "gallbladder"... then she told me i need a doctors note..... which i obviously dont have. I dont know what to do!
PS... can i go in there tomorrow morning ( when i work next ) and say, " no i meant inflamed lung? I didnt' visit a doctor, it just comes back like pluralcy and I take aspirin to reduce the swelling)?

Or I can just say i forgot to get a doctors notE?
One more option too.. i haev another job i can take, but the orientation is tuesday for that and i work tomorrow at my current job

I think first of all you have to set realistic goals. Don't starve yourself because it will make you over eat later. And don't cut out all your favorite foods. Just have a very small portion of it and savor it. Trust me your favorite foods and treats taste so much better when you don't eat them all the time. I like the rule of 90/10 which is if your good 90% of the time, you get to cheat and have the 10% which is enjoying your favorite treats, just a little bit of it. Also, eat filling foods that will fill you up without a lot of calories. (Healthy chilli, healthy tacos, spagetti, watermelon always fills me up, etc.)They help you from overeating! I overeat too, so I always try to eat a hearty meal to prevent it!
