hey everyone..how have you all been doing? well...As of right now I'm doing pretty good. I'm 135.5 now so that's a big step from being 147 but it took a while and I had my ups and downs..I know I will have many more too. I have vacation on the 17th-25th of this month and I'm taking a good friend with me. I am going to try to be 133 by then so that's 2 1/2 pounds. I'm going to try my best. Man...I hope everyone is doing well with their diets and stuff. Good luck

I HAVE A QUESTION! ok ive been on a 1200 cal diet for 4 days and the past 3 days i have been eating unbelievbeibly healthy even though i only ate around 800 or so cals for the past two days though it completely filled me up so im not depriving myself. and i did good for breakfast today (i pc. whole wheat toast w/jam and water) but for lunch i went to the mall and had 1 pc of sbarro's pep. pizza and i looked it up after and it was 730 calories! and i still have a 4th of july pictic to go to tonight. will it hurt me bad to go a bit over 1200 since i havent even gotten close to it the past few days, it would prolly add up???????????. and i will do alot ALOT of walking and exercizes today!!!

ok, I weigh 190 and my stomach rolls twice...thats the only thing that needs to go...any advice on how to get rid of my fatty thing called a stomach?

Lately, i have been waking up too late to eat breakfast so I am now getting only 2 meals and 1 snack a day...is that ok?

i honestly don't know what's wrong with me! I'm 5'3, and 140lbs! just last week I was 135lbs! I seriously don't know why my body is like this! I have liek..a huge ass double chin..my flab sticks out everywhere..but I mean..i exercise, (taekwondo everyday, and horseback riding twice a week)..I eat pretty much 4-5 times a day (small portions)..my mom doesn't even buy junk food..can somebody give me advice on what to do? liek are there certain exercises? because I do go to the gym once or twice a week for weight training and stuff liek that!

is it better to walk faster on a flat ground or go up the hill a little bit slowly? because I always walk up hills to get to the bus stop, but since it is so hot and hard to walk... I kind of walk slowly. Also is it enough for the day if I walk up the hill for about 20min and come down 20 min? (separatly) Please read and reply soon!!! THanx

ok wanna here whut i had today and how much I excercised well he goes.............b=bannana s=sherbert icecream cupe thingy l=slimfast s=2 slices homemade sweet bread d=2 mcchikens from mcdonalds and a double cheese burger and an orange juice..............Excercise=10 mile bike ride with stops to play at the park, play outside a little, and swim for 2 hoursWell thanx for reading and I feel that i did bad though so yea please help

hiya people, i was really proud i used to be 13 stone but then i lost 8 pounds but then we went on holiday and i put it all back on, im trying to loose it again and im down to 12.4, if any 1 has tips please let me no!! xx

Seeing as breakfast is the most important meal a day and i usually don't eat a really balanced one i decided to start eating oatmeal. But the only thing is I only really like the flavoured ones that have sugar in them. I know it isn't the best choice but i figured it would be ok since oatmeal is good, and with a fruit it would make a blanced, yet healthy breakfast.
