I HAVE A QUESTION! ok ive been on a 1200 cal diet for 4 days and the past 3 days i have been eating unbelievbeibly healthy even though i only ate around 800 or so cals for the past two days though it completely filled me up so im not depriving myself. and i did good for breakfast today (i pc. whole wheat toast w/jam and water) but for lunch i went to the mall and had 1 pc of sbarro's pep. pizza and i looked it up after and it was 730 calories! and i still have a 4th of july pictic to go to tonight. will it hurt me bad to go a bit over 1200 since i havent even gotten close to it the past few days, it would prolly add up???????????. and i will do alot ALOT of walking and exercizes today!!!

of course it's fine...just try not to go totally overborad on ALL the stuff..I know it's hard I'm having a picnic too...but I know u can do it..plus u gotta treat urself every once in a while but rememberdont do it aobut every three days maybe like sometihng little for once a week

I think it is fine if you do it occasonaly because in weight watchers u get flex points so why not do that with calories
