Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 172 lb, Goal: 125 lb - i gainied like 8 lbs this week :( i was just so upset for working so hard for 3 weeks and only losing 1 pound so i just thought wats the point?? i was down to 165 but now im up again :( im starting agian to day and im gonna go to the gym this arvo .. i have to get back 2 165 !

Ht. 5'5", Start: 165 lb, Today: 147 lb, Goal: 125 lb - hey everyone it's been a long time since i posted ! well anyways summer is coming up and i really need to loose weight i wouldnt mind to loose 15 by july and then gradually finish the rest throughout the summer into fall.
i haven't been eating very well lately i usually over eat or dont eat at all out of remorse. im really impacient and i always look for a fast way to get rid of the weight. fortunately i dont look my weight, but i still feel huge and i hate it. please if anyone has a good diet that made them lose fast please msg it here!!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 210 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Im solid, so I dont look how much I weigh. Like if I weighed 500lbs, id look 270.. Anyway, I have a nice figure actually... EXCEPT MY GUT! I cant get that down. What can I do to get that down in 2 1/2 months!?!? Help Me!!

hey everyone,im 5'1 and 135 pounds. i am currently a size 7/9 but usually a 7. i would REALLY love to get to a size 5. do you all think that i could do it in 2 months or so? how many pounds do you think i will have to lose? how could i do this fast but not gain the weight back?? please respond!

I want to look like myself of course but 30 lbs lighter and I love Amber Tamblyn. I think she's a great role model and her body type is awesome!!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 146 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - i am so frustarated. i keep making pacts to myself that i really am going to eat right and exercise and i commit myself to it. then, the next time theres food in front of me, my mind totally blocks out those thoughts and i eat junk. and then i completely forget to exercise. like right now its 10pm and i just realized i didnt do cardio today and i cant do it now. i feel so stupid.and i have a question. i understand what people always say about "if you tone before you lose weight you won't be able to see a difference cause the fats covering it up" and i understand the concept, but since i'm not that overweight, will toning make me look any smaller? like, will i lose that little flab below my belly button or is that only through cardio?

Ht. 5'9", Start: 202 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Breakfast- kashi honey almond flax cereal with soy milk, & a banana with strawberries. Snack- carrots & cucumber with hummus. Lunch- peanut butter sandwich on whole grain bread with an apple. Dinner- side salad with some kind of meat.
