Im having the SAME problems! Do straight legged crunches so it wouldnt injure your back!

Just Start Today. I started off by eating just three meals and a snack a day. AND I cut out all junk foods and juices becuz the calories add up real quick and I've been losing weight. But still try to pay attention to the calories. I eat 400 for breakfast and 500 for lunch and dinner. Stay Motivated by thinking about your weight goal. Hope I helped. Good Luck
