Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 143 lb, Goal: 130 lb - (actual weight=139)Hey guys, I was wondering how many calories you aim for for each meal. Like how many do you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

400-500 calories a meal with 2 snacks at around 100 calories each. each meals doesnt have to be the same but as long as you stay between 1200-2000 a day ull be ok.

I say that if you are going to eat anything with calories and fat, have it set to be about 1 gram of fat per 100 calories. so if you are eating something with, lets say 3 grams of fat and there are about 700 calories, deffinatly cross that off of your list. if there are 3 grams of fat and about 150 calories, thats okay, but look for something more in the 300 range.
by the way. some yummy snacks that contain either no fat and calroies or veryy little are Soy Crisps. They may sound gross, and i thought they would when i first tried them i thought they would to. They are GREAT and i can be addicted to them and NOT feel guilty ;)

Anything below 1000 calories a day is considered starving yourself. Trust me I know. I used to only consumer a mere 700-900 calories a day until I was told that what I was doing was bogus. You should be consuming at least 1200 calories in a day.

I don't really try to do like the same for each meal. But I will set a limit for each day. I do 1200 calories in one day but what ever you set try not to go over that.
