I'm 15 and i usually weigh 149 lbs. but in the last couple of months ive been eating a lot. For instance just in the last 4 wekes i gained 15 pounds. As of now i am 15 and 173 lbs. my mom doesent think im overweight and all my friends tell me im really fat. i cant control ANYTHING today for breakfast i had 4 poptarts and 3 dougnut holes then for lunch i had a Big Mac and large fries and for dessert i had 2 pieces of cheesecake. right now i am sitting a good 4 inches away from my computer and my desk is poking at my stomach. im wearing jeans right now that are 2 sizes to small from me and you can barely see the zipper because my stomach is folding over. right now i am eating. ive always been a little chunky but now i just keep gaining weight. i dont know what to do! email me @ kingmich17@yahoo.com

HEY YALL WHAATS UP LIKE IM REALLY BUMMBED IM 13 5'3 and 140 like i need to loose it by october and i wanna weigh 110 and thats 30 pounds or 120 and thats 20 pounds ive been on a diet for a week and I make a graph of what I ate that day and how many exersises i did that day well ive lost like a pound and well i feel that if i wanna keep it off for a long time i will have to take my time and learn how to eat properly like yall keep up the good work

this is my excersise until september i'll eat 3 small meals a day and excersise:sit ups 15minwalk 30minjog 30 minjumpin jacks 30 minbrush hair 15 min dance 30 minburn:2285 calories will i lose 30 lbs then?

hey! if i only eat foods like :steak,chicken,shrimp,crackers,light yogert, whole wheat bread, some milk, low fat granola bars, o calorie spay butter, all fruits and veggies being mainly lettace and broccoli and i exercize for 30-60 minutes a day can i lose 20-25 lbs by august 25th? i already started this on july 1st and i have lost 4 lbs. does this sound good and can i make my gaol???

At the beginning of summer I was 135lbs but now I'm 145 I didn't even realize I gained weight! I've wanted to lose weight for a long time and I've finally decided to just go out and do it. I went swimming today and yesterday I was on the stationary bike for 30 mins. I also dance salsa 2 times a week for (about 1 hour each class) but I haven’t been in almost 3 weeks :-/ I've been eating a lot more veggies and granola (which is surprisingly good). My goal weight is 115-120. Any tips will be greatly appreciated.Thanks ~Amanda

I've just finished my workout so I've been on my computer looking up ways to lose weight (as usual LOL). Anyway, I came across Phase 2, a supplement that blocks carb calories. Do any of you know people who use it? This is what it claims, "You can eat as much starch as you want and Phase 2 will work to reduce the calorie intake that you receive from it. However, if you use the taking of Phase 2 as an excuse to increase your consumption of carbohydrate foods, then there's a danger that you may only succeed in defeating the object of the exercise" and "Phase 2 should be taken before a starch-rich meal. If you eat carbohydrate foods a great deal, then you should consider taking Phase 2 on a regular basis. Ok I don't know if this is a good idea or not... Im usually awake for 12 hours in a day so I was thinking wouuld it be ok to eat 200 calories every 2 hours? Like a sorta... mini-meal. I would be getting 1200 calories a day that way. Would this help me lose weight? (p.s. the mini-meals are healthy and have fruit and whole grains and veggies in them...)

I screwed my diet up today! I had 2 blueberry waffles w/ 0 cal spray butter, unsweet grape jelly(it was nasty so I just scraped it off the 2nd waffle and it was only 10 calories a serving ne way.) and a glass of 2% milk. For lunch I had 3 peices of Tony's Pepperoni Pizza and water and I just ate a bowl of vanilla ice cream w/ dove chocolate on it! Oops, I am not gonna eat very much supper and I am going to the gym for a little over an hour and then I can go home and excersize and watch THE ASHLEE SIMPSON SHOW!! Isn't newlyweds on tonight too? I think so, that always makes me not want to eat b/c Ashlee is so cool, I wanna be just like her!!!

ok i did good for breakfat but i ate burger king for lunch (small onion rings and 5 pc. tenders) then i had 1 1/2 bowls of ice cream and 1 hearsy pie and i had a good dinner a shrimp/steak shishkabob. i have lost 4 lbs i the last week so im kinda dissapointed but i did a really hard exercize video all the way through and i usually take a 20 min walk but i took a 35 minute walk! :)

if i workout for 2 hours a day, eat 1200 calories will i lose at least a jean size or 2 before august 2nd or at least get rid of the little pouch of fat i see in my neck when i press it against my chin?
