hey we are all here for you all you can do is eat health and wrokout dayly or every otherday but still write down what you eat and mark off the diet days and you will fell better

When starting a diet, it is important to start out slow, like take a walk for like 30 mins a day. Second cut out all junkfood and soda. Then fill your diet with fruits and veggies, wholegrains, and lean meats. I am not a big veggie person, so I try to have them with barbequed chicken or baked chicken and the veggies are either grilled or steamed. 3 glasses of milk a day help with losing weight! Plus try to drink 8+ glasses of water a day. It fills you,and if they are ice cold. They will burn 40 calories each cup. The reason is because it takes your body 40 calories to warm you up after a cup of ice cold water. Also take a multivitamin. Keep this up and the pounds will vanish. We are always here for support!
