HEY YALL WHAATS UP LIKE IM REALLY BUMMBED IM 13 5'3 and 140 like i need to loose it by october and i wanna weigh 110 and thats 30 pounds or 120 and thats 20 pounds ive been on a diet for a week and I make a graph of what I ate that day and how many exersises i did that day well ive lost like a pound and well i feel that if i wanna keep it off for a long time i will have to take my time and learn how to eat properly like yall keep up the good work
