Hey everyone! I lost 15 pounds lately by cutting out soda, and chocolate! It took me about 3 months though.. it wasn't very easy.. and I also drank LOTS of water and did'nt eat as many sweets.. but now.. I can't seem to lose the rest of the weight.. I still want to be 20 pounds lighter! And I want to lose most of it over the summer break.. three months.. can anyone help!?

You could definetly lose even up to 7 lbs in 3 weeks on Fat FLush Plan, just get the book, at the bottom of the page it sez all about it.

Hi i am 5'2" and weigh between 140 - 145 and wanna lose 20 to 25 pounds. i want to lose atleast 2 pounds a week, so that it will last for 10 weeks (hopefully). If you have any tips for me. I have another question since it takes more calories to digest celery (celery = 5 calories added digest = 100 calories used)if i took in 1500 calories in one day then i ate 20+ things of celery would i lose weight? or if all i ate was celery would it work better? ( i know i have stupid questions)Would trying to lose 4lbs - 5lbs a week be unhealthy? - Jamie

Hello, i need some help. i way 234 lbs and i am realy fat. i have countless rolls and my brother teases me alot. i cant wear jeans because they hurt my belly. my shirt buttons always pop off. my friends are all thin and way about 120 lbs i feel so fat next to them. my goal is 130 lbs. Please help!

Okay. I try to hold back from eating foods that are unhealthy and im doing good... But the thing is and its worrying my parents to death is they think im starting off on anorexia... because ever since i started dieting in january my stomach has gotten smaller and it doesnt take much to fill me up nemore. My mom thinks i've lost too much weight and says she liked it a little better when i had more skin... jus because i dont eat a lot nemore doesnt mean im anorexic right? help me im soo confused!

HOW TO MAKE WATERCRESS SOUP Ingredients 1 small onion, finely chopped 2 ½ pints of light chicken stock or water 2 small potatoes, diced 3 large bunches of watercress, stems removed salt and pepper Method Sweat the onion in two or three tablespoons of chicken stock or water. Add the potatoes together with the seasoning and the crock. Bring to the boil and simmer until the potatoes are soft. Add the watercress, and stir for three minutes. Remove from the heat and blend in a liquidiser. At this point, put the soup in a metal bowl and place it in a sink full of ice-cold water. This will keep the lovely green colour of the soup and make it even more appetising. The soup is delicious drink cold, but you can also heat it up if you... My mum is a health physio and here is a great tip diets dont work you can still eat what your eating now but in moderation so if you normally get chips after school or cany bars only have one instead of two and gradually you will find it easier not two eat as much........ p.s remember get plenty of exersice even if its just walking or cycling every little helps............

here is a great tip for ne1 who has a sweet tooth. eat sugar free jelly. it taste delicous, is a great dessert n has virtually no calories!!!experiment wit different flavours n even mix them up!
