best way to loss weight...write down everything you eat i mean looking at what u wrote down and takeing the time to write it should remind you that your on a diet :)

I agree.... people should write stuff down. that way, they will know what they ate, how much of it they had, and if they overate. that way, they can modify their plans to eat healthier!

Thats a great idea! I guess the only thing is that you need to have a little time and space (and a good memory!) I think I will try it this summer
