Sooooo many ppl have been saying they want to lose wiehgt. I can understand that, but whats really important is, do u want to lose weight, or tone flab? lose weight and uoull still be jiggly, just not as much. now ur argument is, if i exercise, ill bulk up and then be fat or solid and wont be able to wear little dresses, maybe ur dojgnthe wrong type, true, resistancre training will bulk u up, but cardiovascular activity wont. itll tone you. things like, swimming walking ect. i think running might bulk u up if u do it all the time, but if u combine running some days with others wlaking, youll be fine. i had trouble with an exercise plan to suit my dreams of weight loss but the i realised i want to be toned, not string bean, bend in the slightest breeze look. im not dissing it, on some it looks good but theyre usualy born wiht it, but its hard to healthily achieve that look, especially if u start over weight. i hope ive helped, not just confused u, good luck and god bless
