hey im not overweight really but last year i could fit into a 7 and this year i can barely wear a 10. every pair of pants i have with a snap doesnt stay on... i have been this height(66 inches) for the past 3 years but gained at least 25 lbs. i dont do anything all day.. i go to school and then stay on my computer till bed... im really starting to get out of breath too...

i try walking, skateboarding etc.
i do need to lower down the icecream and pop . i dont eat popcorn and chips.

Well, if you're wondering why you've gained 25 lbs., it's definetly because you stay on you computer all day. If you're looking to loose some weight, start by taking one hour off of your computer time everyday and try going for a walk, try biking or rollar blading for as little as 15-20 minutes a day. Also, people tend to eat junk food when on a computer. If that's true for you, try switching to healthier snacks like butter free popcorn instead of potato chips or frozen yogurt in stead of ice cream. You'll definetly see some results if you're a little more active, though.
